TGU skillz – worked up to yellow, would have liked to gone on to purple but no time Press: 63 x11 ! woot! time to up my working max to 80 Tabata: 49 rx’d to the 10′ line (used my oly shoes, which i think was a good choice)

Snatch: did a hybrid of Load & Intensity, worked up to 73#. DIdn’t realize I was screwing up my knee position so much, spent time with Ben working through that. Despite form being less than perfect, the weight felt fine. WOD: 11:47 rx’d — round two was the tough one!

Cleans: up to 133. Even though it was heavy, form felt great today. 600s: 2:28, 2:41, 2:48, then one more for cool down at 3:43.

Cleans: worked up to 123#; I have heavier but focused on form more than weight. 500m splits: 1:45.7 <– 3 sec PR! woot! 1:54.8 1:56.7 Used damper setting of 6/7 on all 3. Put everything into the first 500 and was out of gas for the last two.
