OHS: 88 x 1 – failed on the 2nd and didn’t have time to try the 3rd (got 83 x 3) WOD: 9:19, using blue + purple bands (and kipping) Box jumps and ball slams felt good, it was the C2B pull-ups that killed me. Dessert: 25 GHDs as rx’d
This was brutal, but fun. Loved being part of Team “Bjorn”, led by beast men Sven and Ryan. We finished 1 round and got 105 burpees into round 2. For dessert, I worked on double unders (only got ~12 in a row)

Push Jerk — weight was only 62# x 3, but felt really good doing them. I like that skill! WOD: 162 using 20# ball and legit push-ups (they stank). Liked the slam balls a lot.
