WOD: 20 + a few rx’d (55#bag, 10# hammer) excellent wod, so sorry for the loss of those valiant men.
Did the WODs in reverse order Squat+Crawl: 8 rds even (55# sandbag) DL+Burp: 4 rd + 3 rx’d — totally spent after Rd 1 Wipers: 10 or 15 on the floor and that was it for me!
