Too hot/lazy to go into the gym, so Mike and I did this one together at Overlee. I think I swam about 7 times and completed 88 reps.
Snatchez: 83×2, several times. got a few that felt great. tried going up to 93 but that wern’t there yet. WOD: 123 (106 lunges, 17 kipping pull-ups). Dessert: 40 plank knee-ins (20/10/10)
This was brutal, but fun. Loved being part of Team “Bjorn”, led by beast men Sven and Ryan. We finished 1 round and got 105 burpees into round 2. For dessert, I worked on double unders (only got ~12 in a row)
I loved this workout! I had only attempted KB snatches once before and it never clicked. Today it did. I used pink, probably should go up to blue next time, but wanted to be sure I could finish a dang workout for once. Really like box jumps too — jumping down (vs stepping down)...
Back Squat: 62# Double Dips: Ring Dips: used green Plank Knee-Ins (did not touch knee consistently) Double Unders – had to count every skip Time: Did not finish, stopped at 20 minutes (completed 3 or 4?) Supermans – 45 seconds (maintained that time through all 5 rounds)
