Odd objects: fun stuff! flipped some tires, picked up a stone, got a keg overhead WOD: We had a 4 person team (Jason G, Leah, Andrew, and me) 3 held a 315# barbell while the others worked. We only got as far as the row before time ran out.
Cleans — worked up to 123#, not my heaviest but form felt good. Wod — 32 (using 50# — shoulda gone 70). Fun stuff! Glad to get in after missing Monday due to Hurricane Sandy.
