I decided to repeat the burpee workout to see how I’d do. This time I got 66, +12 from Thursday!
This was brutal, but fun. Loved being part of Team “Bjorn”, led by beast men Sven and Ryan. We finished 1 round and got 105 burpees into round 2. For dessert, I worked on double unders (only got ~12 in a row)
