This was a good challenging workout. bear crawls were the worst — go fast!

Did the WODs in reverse order Squat+Crawl: 8 rds even (55# sandbag) DL+Burp: 4 rd + 3 rx’d — totally spent after Rd 1 Wipers: 10 or 15 on the floor and that was it for me!
BS: 173 x 3 — might have had one more in me, but sheesh, that felt heavy Animal Quackers: 22:27 — who knew something so “fun” sounding could be so diabolical. Geckos were the worst for me.
