Scrambled Eggs + Salsa

This is what I eat most mornings for breakfast.   Mike is usually up before me and leaves me some scrambled eggs in the skillet.   They are often cooked in tallow or some kind of fat (I like making them in coconut oil), and then I add salsa and gobble up.

This batch also has some sausage mixed in as well.
