The weather has been gorgeous, so we’ve been doing a lot more grilling lately. Sunday night’s dinner was:
New York Strip Steaks (grassfed) — seasoned with Montreal seasoning
Roasted Asparagus — with EVOO, salt & pepper
Bacon Basil Twice Baked Sweet Potatoes — recipe from PaleOMG
I love doing asparagus in the oven now — I do a better job of managing the time and get the perfect amount of crisp.
Mike found and made the sweet potato recipe. I was skeptical of how the basil flavor would work with it, but it was fantastic!
A easy and delicious night of primal eating!
