This is a list of Paleo-style meals we've cooked. Posts will link to recipes I've found that are paleo or paleo-adaptable.
Sweet & Salty Fudge Bombs Recipe from The Clothes Make The Girl I was looking for something paleo-ish and desserty to bring to our gym’s post-challenge party and saw these and thought they fit the bill. What’s nice is they don’t contain added sugar/sweetners, although the dates bring plenty of sweet to the table....

This was a super quick and easy dinner I threw together on a busy Sunday night. I thawed 2lbs of (grass-fed) ground beef and then added 4-5 Tbsp of homemade onion soup mix. Mix by hand, then form into patties (wider and thinner is better than thicker). Cook on the grill over medium heat...

Coconut Curry Shrimp Stir-Fry with Cauli-Rice The stir fry recipe came from Nourishing Origins: http://nurishingorigins.wordpress.com/2011/11/30/coconut-curry-shrimp-bowl/ My only substitution was to use asparagus instead of green beans. So I made it today. I had to adapt her recipe a bit...

(Apologies, for the terrible, unappetizing picture — a food photog I am NOT.) Ginger Citrus Roast Chicken We get fresh chickens from a local “chicken man” and since the birds are smaller than the super-sized birds you find in the grocery store, we usually cook two at a time. This time, I decided to...
