Week 1: 3-5 days, 2 x 8-10 hang scapula depressions, 3 x 8-10 Pull ups Blue band 2 mins rest between pull up sets.
Week 2: 3-5 days, 2 x 8-10 hang scapula depressions, 3 x 6-8 Pull ups Red band 2 mins rest between pull up sets.
Week 3: 3-5 days, 2 x 8-10 hang scapula depressions, 4 x 5-6 Pull ups Red+skinny purple band 2 mins rest between pull up sets.
Week 4: 3-5 days, 2 x 8-10 hang scapula depressions, 5 x 2-3 Pull ups skinny purple band 2 mins rest between pull up sets.
Week 5: 3-5 days, 2 x 8-10 hang scapula depressions, 5-8 sets of 1-2 Pull Up. Rest 60 seconds.
