I spent all summer letting the kids forage for meals and subsist on cereal and chicken nuggets. Now that the fall school year is underway, it’s time to get organized. Here’s this week’s menu plan, lets see how long I can keep this up.
Sunday — balsamic roasted pork loin + garlic roasted potatoes + salad
Monday — Sloppy Joes + sweet potato fries/tots + baked beans
Tuesday — mustard glaze salmon + steamed artichokes + lemon butter garlic sauce
Wednesday — pakistani kima
Thursday — chicken enchiladas
Friday — TBD (Momma Don’t Cook) Night
