Menu Plan Monday 4/2

It’s April!  No fooling!  Here’s how we’ve been eating this past week:

Sunday — PaleOMG’s Pizza Spaghetti Pie

Monday — Tutti Fruity Chicken Kabobs

Tuesday — Italian Sausage & Pepper Saute

Wednesday — Shrimp Scampi over Zucchini Linguine

Thursday — Autumn Stew
Never mind that it’s spring, we needed a hearty meal

Friday — TBD/Cheat Night

Saturday — Bonus!  We hosted a dinner party party and served this delicious Moroccan feast:
Slow Cooker Moroccan Chicken + Spicy Lamb Stew + Pistachio Apricot Couscous
It was my first time making any of these dishes and they were all so flavorful and yummy.

Note: all meals are generally paleo/primal, except as noted otherwise.
