Sunday — Paleo Texas Chili
Monday — Zucchini Saute with Sausage – I’m doing an adaptation of this recipe, using sausage instead of chick peas.
Tuesday — Jerk Chicken with Pineapple
Wednesday — Classic Beef Pot Roast (w/red wine and potatoes)
Thursday — Mahi Mahi Fish Tacos (on corn tortillas)
Friday — tbd/cheat night
