Fall is here! The weather is cool and the dinners are warm. Here’s this week’s plan:
Sunday — Melissa Joulwan’s Chocolate Chili
Monday – Coconut Shrimp Soup / Autumn Stew
I will probably make both so the kids can eat stew and we can have leftovers.
Tuesday — High Pockets Chicken w/Paleo “Pasta”
Wednesday — Burgers + Sweet Potato Fries + Salad
Thursday — Balsamic-Garlic Crusted Pork Loin + Broccoli
Friday — tbd
Note: all meals are generally paleo/primal, except as noted otherwise.
