Fall is rolling along and I’m just trying to keep up. Here’s this week’s plan, all the recipes are pretty easy weeknight meals.
Sunday — honey mustard baked chicken + green beans
I tweak this grilled recipe and bake it in the oven all the time.
Monday — Tacos
Tuesday — Chicken Tenders w/honey mustard diping sauce + mixed veggies
Wednesday — Oven Baked Salmon + pan roasted brussel sprouts w/bacon
Thursday — Kielbasa Veggie Hash
Friday — tbd/cheat/leftovers
Note: all meals are generally paleo/primal, except as noted otherwise.
