After a warm sunny weekend, it seems like we are moving into some cooler weather. With that in mind, I’ve packed my menu with fall favorites. Here’s this week’s plan:
Sunday — Texas Chili — I love making this with ground beef and stew meat
Monday — I’m going to tweak this jerk chicken recipe and throw it in the crock pot since I’ve got a busy night.
Wednesday — Coconut Shrimp Soup
Thursday — Wine Braised Chuck Roast with Onions
skip the accompanying egg noodles
Friday — tbd/leftovers/cheat
