Menu Plan Monday 7/13

Summer is keeping us hopping, but I’m trying to eat right — especially this week as I am competing in my first ever weightlifting meet on Saturday!

Monday — Kielbasa with Peppers, Onions & Potatoes

Tuesday — Asian Beef Kabobs

Wednesday — Potluck with friends; bringing deviled eggs (made with Paleo Mayo)  + Texas Sheet Cake (shh… not paleo!)

Thursday — High Pockets Chicken with Paleo “Pasta”

Friday — TBD — I don’t usually cook on Fridays but will probably make salmon and broccoli for myself in anticipation of my meet the following day.

Note: all meals are generally paleo/primal, except as noted otherwise.
