Menu Plan Monday 6/29

Summer is in full swing and I am finally getting into the rhythm of things.  I’m hoping to do some pool dinners this week, so here’s what’s cooking:

Mondaybalsamic marinated steak + mixed green salad + roasted campfire potatoes
An easy meal to grill at the pool during tonight’s swim meet.  Note: use coconut aminoes in marinade (or gluten free soy sauce)

Tuesday — either Chicken Satay with Sunshine Sauce or Chicken Salad + tomato salad, either this or this

Wednesday — something simple and easy: like grilled chicken sausages / hot dogs for the kids + green bean salad (contains feta)

ThursdayTutti Fruity Kabobs + white rice (hubby is trying to add bulk)

Friday — tbd

Note: all meals are generally paleo/primal, except as noted otherwise.
