Menu Plan Monday 4/6

We had a busy week playing around town for Spring Break.   Now it’s time to get back on track with the menu planning.  Here’s this week’s plan:

Sunday — Paleo Onion Soup Hamburgers + sweet potato fries

Monday — Honey Mustard Bacon & Egg Salad
A great way to start using up all those dyed easter eggs!

Tuesday — chicken + shrimp fajitas

Wednesday — slow cooker brisket + roasted brussel sprouts + deviled eggs

Thursday — souvlaki
Marinade includes white wine, sauce includes dairy.

Friday — tbd/cheat

Note: all meals are generally paleo/primal, except as noted otherwise.
