Menu Plan Monday 3/22

Yay for sunshine and springtime!  Life is getting busy in our household with spring sports schedules starting up.  Here’s this week’s plan for healthy eating and easy meal-prep:

Sunday — Ahi Tuna Steaks + broccoli slaw + grilled zucchini & squash

Monday — Tutti-Fruity Kabobs

TuesdaySlow Cooker BBQ + Paleo Mom’s creamy coleslaw
Note: unless you make it yourself, it’s almost impossible to find “healthy” bbq sauces.  I bought “Dinosaur Sauce” at Wegmans, which does contain sugar, but only 5g per serving.

WednesdaySteak Salad w/Red Wine Vinaigrette

Thursday — DIY Chicken Stir Fry
Mine will have likely have snow peas, carrots, onions, broccoli and whatever other veggies are still in the fridge.

Friday — tbd/cheat night

Note: all meals are generally paleo/primal, except as noted otherwise.
