Here’s this week’s plan:
Sunday — Paleo Texas Chili
Tuesday — Pizza Spaghetti Pie — yummy casserole by PaleOmg using spaghetti squash
Wednesday — Salmon with spicy cucumber-pineapple salsa; might add broccoli or green beans if I feel like I need another side.
Thursday — Italian Sausages with Peppers and Onions — instead of grilling these, I just do everything on the skillet in the winter.
Friday — stuff
