Menu Plan Monday 10/27

Here’s this week’s plan:

Sunday — Pizza Spaghetti Pie —

I tweaked this recipe slightly from PaleOMG.  I used a full 14oz can of tomato sauce instead of pizza sauce and 1 Tbsp of ital seasoning.  My sausage amount was more like 1.25# and I used 4 eggs and added 1/4 c. arrowroot powder to thicken things up.   I cooked mine in a 9×13 pan for ~30 min, then topped with a little parmesan cheese and browned it in the broiler for a minute or two.  Yum!

MondayPrimal Chili + wings + broccoli salad

Tuesday — orange chicken w/broccoli

WednesdayChicken Zoodle Soup

Thursday — Steak Fajitas — sub EV or Light Olive Oil for the veg oil, we skip the tortillas

Friday — Halloween!  Cheat night

Note: all meals are generally paleo/primal, except as noted otherwise.

    Just found your website by googling “Aldi Paleo” recipes as shopping at Aldi’s has been good for my wallet but bad for my waist line! I can’t wait to try out some of your recipes!
