Menu Plan Monday 9/14

This is the week where school life and sports are truly in full swing.  Even better, it finally feels like fall!   Most everything on this week’s menu is easy to put together on a weeknight — mix up the ordering to suit your family’s schedule.

Also, while not officially on the menu, but I plan to make some butternut squash soup this week for my lunches — it seems I’m the only one who likes it.

Sundayburgers & wingssweet potato fries

Mondaylemon garlic baked salmon + brussel sprouts w/ bacon

Tuesday — Whole Roasted Chicken + Roasted Veggies

Wednesdayspiced grilled chicken breast + broccoli

Thursday —  Primal Salisbury Steak + creamy garlic mashed potatoes* + green beans
*This recipe contains dairy, but my kids have been hankering for mashed potatoes.  Try garlic roasted potatoes for a cleaner primal option.

Friday — TBD/leftovers/cheat night

Note: all meals are generally paleo/primal, except as noted otherwise.
