Happy September! The kids start school tomorrow! Yes I’m excited! Here’s this week’s plan:
Sunday – Burgers and Sweet Potato Fries
Monday — Chinese Chicken Salad
Tuesday — Pot Roast It’s too hot! Switching to spicy honey mustard chicken thighs!
Wednesday — Souvlaki
Thursday — Chicken & Shrimp Stir Fry — I’m gonna make this up with whatever I have on hand.
