Here is this week’s menu. I’m heavy on soups and stews as it’s been TOO COLD FOR TOO LONG. Have a great week everyone!
Monday — DIY chicken stir fry — gonna just wing this with whatever spices/veggies/oils I have on hand.
Tuesday — Pork Souvlaki w/roasted brussel sprouts
Hubby is requesting souvlaki… hope he’s up for some winter grilling!
Wednesday — Coconut Shrimp Soup
Thursday — Slow Cooker Beef Bourguignon
Friday — TBD/leftovers
