Busy week ahead!  Halloween on Thursday, and then on Saturday, our gym is hosting the second annual Working Wounded Games!  This is amazing event provides adaptive athletes a platform to compete on an even playing field and is amazing to watch.  If you have an open Saturday, I highly encourage you to come check it out!

SundayTexas Chili
Note: this is pretty spicy, as written. I should have cut the chili powder and cayenne down a bit.

MondayCoconut Shrimp Soup

TuesdayBalsamic-Garlic Crusted Pork Loin + Pan-Roasted Brussel Sprouts


Thursday — Halloween!  Attending a neighborhood pizza party, will probably cook and eat some roast chicken beforehand.

Friday — TBD

Note: all meals are generally paleo/primal, except as noted otherwise.
