Menu Plan Monday 9/9

The kids and I are settling into the school routine and I’m finally feeling organized enough to put up a menu for the week.

After a summer of very relaxed eating standard, Mike & I are doing a Whole30 reboot this month.  Our version of W30 mimics our gym’s standards for paleo challenges — we do grassfed dairy and a small amount of honey in cooking.   Hopefully this will get us back on track.   These menus should be Whole30 compliant, unless otherwise noted.

SundaySpaghetti squash with italian meatballs + salad

MondayCoconut Shrimp Soup

TuesdaySloppy  Grokky Joes

WednesdayChicken Fajitas
This recipe needs some subs:  extra-light olive oil instead of veg oil, coconut aminoes instead of soy sauce, worcestershire is also a no-no.

ThursdayAutumn Stew — the forecast is looking warm, so I may to revise this for something else, maybe burgers.

Friday — TBD – probably leftovers or breakfast for dinner.

Note: all meals are generally paleo/primal, except as noted otherwise.
