Menu Plan Monday 5/20

Here’s this week’s plan:

MondaySeared Scallops + Voltaggio Asparagus
My kids are probably going to hate this, so I will likely add something lame like hotdogs to the dinner

Tuesday — Shrimp + Chicken Fajitas + Guac
I use Extra Light Olive Oil instead of Veg oil, Coconut Aminos instead of Soy Sauce.  I keep the Worcestershire, which isn’t truly paleo.

Wednesday — Sloppy Grokky Joes + Green Beans

ThursdayBalsamic Glazed Baked Pork Chops + Pan Seared Brussel Sprouts

Friday — Honey Bacon Salad

Note: all meals are generally paleo/primal, except as noted otherwise.
