I am trying to get my act together and get dinners planned early. Here’s what I’ve come up with and I am drooling just thinking about some of these meals! Everything is Paleo/Primal friendly (except Friday, which is our cheat day).
Sunday — Steaks + steamed artichoke with garlic butter sauce
Monday — Bacon Jalapeno Butternut Squash Soup — will add some Trader Joe’s jalapeno chicken sausage to this at the end. Yum!
Thursday — Alton Brown’s Spicy Beef Kabobs – over rice for the kids, leftover cauli rice for the caveparents.
Going to add tomatoes, peppers, and onions to the skewers for our veggies.
Friday — TBD — Basketball night so will likely be leftovers or pizza
