Tuesday — Roast Chicken + Steamed Artichoke
Wednesday — Paleo Beef w/Broccoli Stir Fry w/Cauliflower Rice
Thursday — Oven Baked Salmon w/Bell Pepper Salsa + Roasted Asparagus
Friday — TBD … maybe Spicy Pineapple Chili or Chocolate Chili
