Happy (Observed) Veterans Day! This weekend we attended the first ever Working Wounded Games — a CrossFit-styled competition designed for amputees and severely wounded veterans. It was hosted at our Crossfit gym and it was amazing to watch. You should check out some of the photos shared on the Facebook page and make plans to attend the next one!

Sunday — we had Breakfast for Dinner! Almond Pancakes, Bacon, and Omletes
I like Trader Joe’s Apple Smoked Bacon
Monday — Balsamic Glazed Pork Chops + Salad w/Balsamic Dressing
Tuesday — Roast Chicken + Green Beans
Wednesday — Paleo Pot Roast
Thursday — Chicken Fajitas + Guac
We sub light olive oil for veg oil and we still use the Worcestershire even tho it contains sugar.
Friday — Cheat Day — leftovers or eat out
