Option #2: Oven Roasted Broccoli + Skillet Sweet Potato Fries
Monday — Honey-Dijon Jalapeno Chicken Thighs + Roasted Brussel Sprouts w/Bacon
Tuesday — Hearty Spaghetti Sauce over Baked Spaghetti Squash + Salad
Wednesday — Chicken Zoodle Soup
Thursday — Shrimp Tacos — use grass-fed plain yogurt to make the saue and use a lettuce wrap instead of tortilla
Friday — TBD/leftovers/takeout
