Here’s what we plan to be eating this week. Everything is paleo/primal except the rice in the chicken soup.
Monday — chicken soup with rice + Bacon Brussel Sprouts + Creamed Spinach
This is a random assortment of foods, I know. Child #2 wanted chicken soup with rice, so I put that on the menu, along with creamed spinach, which he claims to like (we’ll see). The brussel sprouts I bought last week and need to use up.
Tuesday — Garlic Balsamic Pork Tenderloin + Sauteed Mushrooms with Balsamic + Salad
Wednesday — Shrimp, Cabbage & Bell Pepper Stir Fry
Thursday — Grilled Sausage, Pepper & Onion Saute
Friday — eat out
