Summer time menu planning has been challenging — we’ve had activities day and night and it’s thrown me off my game. This week is just as busy as the others, but hopefully I can get back on track. All meals are paleo or primal friendly (may contain some dairy).

Monday — Burgers w/onion soup mix + salad w/Balsamic Dressing + sweet potato fries
Tuesday— Patio Daddio Souvlaki + something with zucchini, a simple saute or with a citrus herb dressing
Note — use light olive oil instead of canola. Also, the tzatziki sauce calls for yogurt — use from grassfed cow if possible
Wednesday — Cedar Plank Salmon + Sweet Potato Salad w/Chili Lime Dressing
Thursday — Shrimp Ceviche, probably hot dogs for the kids
Friday — Chopped Salad with Honey Bacon Mustard and/or Honey Lime Chicken
