I failed to plan a menu last week and had to “wing it” each day. Not ideal, but we did alright. This week I am back to being organized.. hopefully. Everything on the menu plan is paleo/primal friendly!
Sunday — grilled steak, strawberry salad and sauteed mushrooms

Monday — Tutti Fruity Kabobs, paleoified

Tuesday — Balsamic Glazed Baked Pork Chops with Israeli Salad and green beans
Wednesday — Spaghetti Sauce over Spaghetti Squash with Green Salad & Balsmic Vinagrette Dressing
Thursday — chicken & shrimp TBD — some kind of stir fry with curry and coconut milk
Friday — grilled salmon + grilled asparagus
