Menu Plan Monday 3/26

I’m a little slow to get this together this week, but here’s this week’s meal plan.  All meals are paleo/primal or paleo adaptable.

Sunday – Homemade Burgers + sauteed mushrooms + salad

Monday Jalapeno Honey Mustard Chicken Thighs + roasted asparagus + salad
We made the chicken thighs last week and everybody loved them, so they are back in rotations.  I get my chx .99/lb in a 5lb club pack at Wegmans.

TuesdayGrilled Cedar Plank Salmon with Cauli Rice + Roasted Asparagus
Going to grilling salmon on a cedar plank for the first time.  Asparagus was on sale at H-Mart (1.99/lb) so I got a bunch!

WednesdaySpaghetti w/Meat Sauce over Spaghetti Squash
Skip the sugar in the sauce to keep it paleo

ThursdayEveryday Paleo Pancit
I’ve been wanting to make this for a while, finally got it on the menu

Friday— TBD / Leftovers
