Menu Plan Monday 3/19

It was a fun and busy weekend.  Mike ran a local 5K, then we went downtown to watch week four of the Crossfit Mid-Atlantic Open competition.  Then, we got together with friends from the gym and celebrated the end of the Performance Nutrition Challenge.  Winners were announced, but I’ll save that for it’s own post ;).   Here is this week’s menu, all dinners are paleo/primal adaptable.

Sunday — Grilled NY Strip Steak with Bacon Basil Twice Baked Sweet Potatoes and asparagus

Monday Jalapeño Dijon Grilled Chicken with Bacon Brussel Sprouts and Strawberry Salad

TuesdayShrimp Tacos (minus the sour cream sauce)

WednesdayPaleo Orange Chicken with Cauli Rice

Thursday Thai Basil Beef Balls

Friday — hmm… leftovers? maybe grilled chicken
