Menu Plan Monday March 12th

I’ve been taking advantage of my freedom to eat some junk this weekend, but I’m looking forward to getting back on the wagon and eating clean this week.  Here’s this week’s menu — everything is paleo/primal friendly.


Sunday was  Avocado Bacon Burgers (minus the bun) with sauteed onions and mushrooms (YUM!).  The burgers are hand made with ground beef mixed in with homemade onion soup mix.

Monday — Pork 2 ways:  Sundried Tomato Stuffed Pork  and Garlic Balsamic Pork Roast w/brussel sprouts & salad
(I’m roasting 2 different pork loins with 2 different recipes)

Tuesday — TBD Salmon (maybe with avocado remoulade?) + asparagus + cauli-rice

Wednesday Tacos — using a lettuce wrap instead of tortillas

ThursdayCoconut Lime Chicken + sauteed zucchini

Friday — TBD / leftovers

    Thanks for keeping up this blog. My husband just discovered it this week and I will use it as inspiration for our family. We’re finishing up our box’s 90-Day Challenge at the end of the month and I think we’ll stick with this paleo/Crossfit lifestyle for good. It’s good to find another believing family doing this. (We get the “do you have three heads” look a lot!) Keep up the good work!
