We had another exciting weekend away — this time we were at Dutch Wonderland! I can’t wait to go through my pics and relive the fun. But I’ve got to shift gears and get back to the weekday grind — only two more weeks of school!
Monday – Chicken Enchiladas w/ Restuarant Style Salsa + Black Bean & Corn Salad + Strawberries & Angelfood Cake w/homemade whipped cream

Wednesday – Penne with Spinach, Shrimp, Tomatoes & Basil
Thursday – chicken fajitas + Salsa (above) + Guacamole
Friday – Burgers & Dogs with leftovers
