Teacher Gifts

This is probably too late to help anyone for this year, but I thought I would share what we made for teacher gifts this year.

I decided to follow the suggestion I had seen on several websites selling reusable products and give the teachers resusable lunchboxes – filled with goodies!

We’ve been using our Easy Lunchboxes for a while and really enjoy them, so they were the obvious choice to use. I packed the (new!) lunch containers with four sets of goodies: Christmas Wreaths and Cappuccino Crinkles in the big section and Holiday Pretzel Treats and Candied Pecans in the smaller containers.

I topped the gifts with a set of Trader Joe’s dark chocolate caramels with sea salt. Which, if you didn’t know, are to to die for. I think the gifts turned out pretty cute, if I do say so myself!

I might be using this idea for next year. I have already decided to make chocolate covered pretzels with the kids to give to their teachers next year. I will probably still give them a Starbucks gift card (but maybe for less).
