Back to School

Finally, the big day arrived on Tuesday.   I’m not sure who was more excited — the kids, or me.

Last year I was a tad misty-eyed, sending my first born off on the big yellow bus, but I didn’t have that same trepidation this year with my new kindergartner.

It’s a big backpack for a little kindergartner!

This one doesn’t start “school” until Friday, but he was excited anyway.

We have a big bus stop crowd this year with the addition of 5 kindergartners!

Snapping a few more as the bus arrived.  I loved seeing Sam so happy and eager.

It was old hat for Wendy, but she couldn’t wait to get to school and see all her friends.

Everybody had a great first couple of days – lets hope the positive attitude continues!
