I spent some time this week compiling a list of my frequently used recipes. You can view the list by clicking on “Recipes” which is in the navigation at the top of my page. I’ll be adding to it as I go.
Here’s this weeks’ menu, in no particular order:
- DIY Chicken Stir Fry (w/a taste of PW’s Sesame Noodles thrown in)
- Ahi Tuna + wasabi sauce + broccoli + fish sticks (for picky kids)
- Texas Two-Step Chicken Picante + corn on the cob
- Grilled Tilapia w/Mango Salsa
- lasagna + Salad
- Crockpot Chicken BBQ + Baked Beans
