Time to figure out what we’re eating this week. Since I did my shopping without having planned out my menu, I’m kind of working backwards from what I have on hand. Here’s what we’re looking at for dinners this week:
- High Pockets Pasta w/Grilled Chicken
- (Costco) Rotisserie Chicken + Greek Salad + Mashed Potatoes
- Tilapia w/ginger mango sauce + Brown Rice + grilled zucchini strips
- Teriyaki Beef with Broccoli
- Chicken Fajitas … or Tequila Lime Chicken + pico de gallo & guac + black beans!
