I’m late getting to my meal plan, since we started our week with a trip to Dutch Wonderland. Here’s what the rest of the week looks like:
- Tuesday – Two Step Chicken Picante with brown rice, edamame and corn
- Wednesday – Slow Cooker Pulled Pork BBQ (w/Trader Joe’s BBQ sauce), Cornbread Casserole, Greek Salad, and PW’s Texas Sheet Cake
- Thursday – Tacos/Salad
- Friday – homemade pizza
- Saturday – leftovers TBD
