Who the What?

Those of you who follow this blog regularly and/or know me in “real life”, may have noticed a change I just made regarding the kids’ names. After 6+ years of calling them by name, I finally decided that I’d like to attempt to mask their identities just a little bit – you know, in case a prospective employer performs a Google search in 15 years and discovers one my children used to play with his or her poo.

Anywho, going forward, I will be identifying the kids with their super secret web names aka “Wendy”, “Sam” and “Adam”. It feels really weird to call them that, but I’m guessing I’ll get the hang of it and so will you. I performed a search and replace from the admin tools to update things, but I’m sure a few places fell through the cracks, especially when I used their nicknames. If you spot any identifiers and wanted to give me a heads up via email or a comment here, I would appreciate it.

And in a related vein, I’d like to ask you to refrain from using their real names in comments, and preferably on your blogs (should the need arise).
