We’ve been enjoying a lovely fall. I wanted to share some fall fotos that capture the beauty and the fun we’ve been up to:
I pass this big tree as I drive up our street. It is huge, stately and turns a gorgeous shade of colors. It makes me smile when I see it.
Sam had been clamoring for a “Burley ride” for a while. He & Adam finally got their wish one Sunday.
Daddy was all smiles before the ride…
But there was some huffing and puffing after the fact – even with his Crossfit training 🙂
The majority of the leaves haven’t dropped in our backyard yet, but we found a way to maximize the fun with the leaves we had.
Having fun on the playground at Wendy’s school. Who says they’re for big kids? Not the A-man.
It was “Wacky Wednesday” and the dress-up theme was sports jerseys. We don’t own a stitch of licensed pro apparel in our house, but daddy dug out some vintage jerseys from yesteryear. This is his high basketball jersey. Wendy was thrilled to be wearing a dress 🙂
Even I got into the action and did a little reaf laking. Adam knew just what to do when saw the pile.
Sam was a good helper, working hard to help me rake. He also had fun jumping in and enjoying his hard work.
Adam contributed a little to the effort, but his main contribution was being cute.
The post is linked up to the You Capture carnival at I Should Be Folding Laundry.
yes! it was a great way to get the kids to help rake up the yard too, I did the same 😉
I just love the tree! I wish I could see that every day! And the sky in the playground shot is super!
Looks like you guys had a great time! And I love your sons’ names.
We love our bike trailer also! Looks like lots of fun!
Your little one is so cute trying to help 🙂
That tree would make me smile too – it’s gorgeous! Great shots of your family!
