Old McGrandpa had a farm, E I E I O!
With a tomato here, and a green bean there,
Here a squash, there a squash, everywhere you see the squash!

Mike took Wendy & Sam down to visit Grandma & Grandpa R this weekend (I was still recovering from our Maine trip).
The migrant workers were quickly put to work – Grandpa’s garden has been growin gonzo! Mike came home with more squash, zucchini and beans than I know what to do with (anyone want some?).
The kids had a great time pickin, riding the golf cart, and even had their first attempt at fishing (no luck tho).
Here a few pics from the weekend:

Hey – I’m jealous of the abundance of fresh veggies you have! My mom & grandma always used to grate the many zucchinis they grew and either bake loaves and loaves of zucchini bread to freeze or freeze the grated zucchini to bring out later in the year to bake bread. Just a thought.
If I see you in the next week, I’d take some of your extras if you’re seriously looking to get rid of it!
Nice, my boys would have loved that blue trac-to!
